Lymington RYA Sailing & Powerboat Courses
Solent Boat Training`s Lymington training and events centre opened in March 2022 as a RYA recognised training centre. This now means we can run RYA Sailing Cruising courses including Competent Crew, Day Skipper Practical, Coastal Skipper Practical & Yachtmaster Offshore preparation.
RYA Powerboat courses including the ever popular level 2 ICC, level 3 intermediate and level 4 advanced will all be available from this new Lymington base.
All bookings for our Lymington base are on a private bases and will not be on our booking calendar, please call for all enquiry's.
Lymington RYA Sailing Courses & Events
We run the full range of RYA Sail Cruising courses including RYA Start Yachting, RYA Competent Crew, RYA Day Skipper & RYA Coastal Skipper from our base within Lymington Yacht Haven Marina.
We also run sailing events including our Round the Island Weekend, Poole Bay Cruise, Weymouth & Portland Cruise as well as our 7 day West Country Sailing Cruise.
Lymington RYA Powerboat Courses & Events
The ever popular RYA Powerboat level 2 ICC courses is very popular in the Solent and so Lymington provides a perfect location to run the course from. The 2 days of the course use our 35ft motorboat or 38ft yacht as a base for tea, coffee and the short theory sessions but most of the course is based on our 6m rib.
