Sailing Course Food

Firstly the food we supply is completely complementary and aimed at making your time with us onboard a yacht as easy as possible.

It`s impossible to cater for all tastes when providing breakfast, lunch and snacks for over 4000 sailors per year as we do. Therefore we have to cater for the majority rather than the minority.

Students with dietary needs or who simply really enjoy their food are asked to bring additional food to meet their own requirements. The yacht has a fridge, dry storage, a 2 burner hob & small oven, kettle but no freezer. Meals need to be simple and quick to prepare and eat.

Please bring any fruits or vegetables you enjoy as the food we provide are high carbohydrate often pasta or rice based, see below for more details.

Please note that most nights are spent in a Solent marina with very good facilities including Tesco late shops etc, so purchasing additional supplies during the course is easy.

For the following sailing courses we provide breakfast, lunch and snacks onboard :-
