Where word of mouth is still the best way to receive or pass on a recommendation for services provided by a company or an individual, more of us are now looking through Review sights to see what others have to say.

By reading comments, explanations of what the experience was like or just checking a Star Rating, many customer decisions are swayed by what others have written.  But of course, we all know that many of the reviews we read, seem too good to be true or even as though they must have been AI generated.

Many of our reviewers highlight experiences as a customer or student, with their particular instructor or a certain member of our staff.  Naming course types, individuals or even boat names and the equipment used during their experience, might suggest that our reviews are created by real people, enjoying real training and that they have gained knowledge, experience during their time with us.  Along with a willingness to return, recommend to others and pass on their thoughts for all to read, we are grateful to those that have taken the time to assist future customers to choose Solent Boat Training as a training provider.
