Gaining experience is the one aspects of boating that all sailors find difficult to achieve. Unless you are fortunate to own your own boat or have friends and relatives that do, then getting additional time and experience can prove tricky.
Joining like minded people on one of our Bavaria 37 Sail Cruising Yachts for 5 Days, will give you time to sail a little further afield and experience waters outside of the Solent.With the likes of Poole Harbour and Weymouth Bay in easy reach, there is the opportunity to stretch those Sea Legs and add some mileage to your logbook.

Venture Further
As with all of our Experience & Mile Building Events, the aim is to gain as much from the experience as possible. Weather and tide dependant, our '5 Day Event' is a way of getting out on the water and putting into practice all those skills you might have learnt on previously attended formal courses, but not had the opportunity to revisit since.
Our Skipper will always be on hand to guide and advise where ever needed, but will allow you to plan and undertake suitable passages to a chosen location, should you wish to be more involved.
With numerous Ports, Harbours and anchorages along the Southern Coast of the England, UK, there is the opportunity to visit a number of different locations with this 5 Day Event.
Prior Experience & Requirements
The minimum required experience is that of RYA Competent Crew. You will need to bring Bedding (a sleeping bag & pillow) for the stop over and any additional food/snacks you might require for the duration.
