Our Customers Frequently Asked Questions
Every course is different, every day is different and even if there are some similarities in both the weather or environment, adapting to these changes is key.
Some of our customers are total beginners with very little or no experience in the world of boating. Some are seasoned Pros, but even they can get caught out from time to time.
We understand that everyone's specific needs are different, whether you might be reliant on maintaining a routine, keeping in contact with work or home, require more clothing than others or have particular dietary requirements.
Although we may not have all the answers here at Solent Boat Training, we have produced a selection of "Frequently Asked Question", which hopefully will assist our students attending any one of our many courses, to be as prepared as possible.
We offer advice on what clothing and equipment to bring for a particular course, as well as ensuring you have completed any pre-course requisites or gained the suggested experience, prior to arrival.
SBT understand that both "Your Time and Your Money" are precious to you and we try to ensure you are as well prepared for the course or event you are undertaking, as you can be.
